• All our rates are per room for 1 or 2 people and include all fees and taxes.

• We try to be a respectful accommodation with the environment, so the change of towels will only be done at the express request of the guest.

• Our accommodation is not suitable, nor is it conditioned for minors, so minors under 18 years of age are only allowed if they are accompanied by a legally designated adult family member and will be under their entire responsibility. Children under 7 years of age are also counted as people within the capacity of the room  

• No parties or events are allowed.

• Animals are not accepted.

• Entire property is non-smoking
